All sales are final. Vine Garden Spa does not offer refunds except where required by applicable law.

Product exchanges

An unopened product may be eligible for exchange within seven days of purchase. Proof of purchase may be required. Opened, used, damaged, or altered products are not eligible for exchange unless required by law.

Ingredients and sensitivities

Clients are responsible for reviewing product ingredients before purchase and for informing spa personnel of known allergies or sensitivities. If you are uncertain about an ingredient or product’s suitability, ask before purchase and consult an appropriate healthcare professional.

Spa services

Questions about appointment changes, cancellations, packages, prepaid services, or service concerns should be directed to the spa. No cancellation fee or deadline is stated on this website unless confirmed by Vine Garden Spa at booking.
